How to check the graphics capacity of a laptop?

I have an Acer Aspire 5750z laptop which has 128 MB Graphics Card. But now days this laptop cant process those heavy graphic games. I have found good laptop graphic cards but I dont know the capacity of the laptop's graphics. Is there any way to check?

gpu-z is a free utility to reveal the specs of just about any modern gpu (desktop or notebook)

Intel hd graphics was never meant for gaming. If you mean to upgrade, you cannot upgrade your graphics card. You would buy a new laptop.

I have the answer to this - First of all that 128 MB in my laptop is In-Built and it can't be changed anyway. And then, changing any component of a laptop voids warranty so I gave up and assembled a new PC for myself. :)
