Whats the better ram out of the two and why?
Kingston HyperX Genesis KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

or

Corsair ValueSelect 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 Dual Channel Kit - CMV8GX3M2A1333C9

The ram will be used for gaming

Of the two, though technically slower, I think I'd opt for the 1333 Corsair, it has a base voltage of 1.5, the Kingston is faster freq wise at 1600 so a bit more bandwidth, but runs on base at 1.65, sticks that require 1.65 for 1600 at a bland CL9 are indicative of weak ICs (memory chips) - far and away the large bulk of 1600 sticks run at 1.5, even the high performance sticks running tighter CLs of 7 or 8.... I generally won't even buy or let clients buy 1866/( sticks that call for 1.65 - that's more a high freq voltage for sticks 2133 and up

Kingston is better, simply because it is faster than the corsair. It provides higher memory bandwidth, higher clock speed. If you need any more info let me know. Cheers.
