hard disk memory loss

I have a laptop with 350 GB memory with windows 7 and i recently tried to install ubuntu 12.04 LTS .It got overridden .now i have only 200 GB of hard disk space with both windows and ubuntu .What should i do now ?

What should you do as far as what? There's no question here, it basically doesn't make sense.

Hi..! You have to install only one from windows or ubuntu. I think window 7 is best for laptops according to your hard disk space.
