Galaxy gt 630 1gb gddr5 or his hd 6670 1gb ddr3

Hello, My pc has Intel CORE i5 3450 @ 3.1 GHz, 8 GB of DDR3 RAM with intel hd 2500. I play games like nfs the run, sleeping dogs, dishounored, gta 4 at 800x600 resolutions and low settings.
I wanted to know that which graphics card I should buy- the galaxy gt630 which has gddr5 memory or the his hd 6670 which has ddr3 memory? I can play games at low resolutions at minimum1024x768 and at very low settings for pretty frame rates at minimum 25fps. I was looking for the Galaxy GT630 1GB GDDR5 GRAPHICS CARD. Because of my tight budget, i can't stretch above RS.4500 INR. So please suggest me one of these. Thanks.

if you can spend that much money only then a hd 6670 1gb ddr3 would be the best deal for you ..but hey don't go with his .go with sapphire as they have good after sales service in india and provides good overclocking capability (if you further want to overclock your graphic card after some time) without any issues ...if you can gather some more money then my strong suggestion would be a radeon sapphire hd 6670 1gb ddr5 .believe me it will let you play every modern games at 720p resolutions easily with medium settings .and its good to be futureproof cause more and more demanding games are arriving day by day (crysis 3 is a big example) maybe you need a good graphic card to run some of the heavy graphic demanding games even at lowest settings .the ddr5 version of this card is much faster and will last you for greater time ..(IMO) sapphire hd6670 1gb ddr5 will be the best deal for you..as putting some more money for getting a futureproof graphic card will be good .
