I can find internet options, but when I click it nothing happens. I'm using IE10.

I can find several locations to start internet options, but when I click on any one of them the same thing happens. Nothing. I'm using IE10 along with Win 7. I don't remember having this problem with IE 9, but I went back to IE 9 and the problem is still there. I'm back at IE 10 now.
