I know that the NZXT Phantom ATC Full Tower comes with fans. Should I replace the fans with other better NZXT fans? If so, which fans should I get and where should I put these fans in the Phantom?

There are many flaws with your build I must say, like a too small monitor for the gtx770 to make use of its performance, bad PSU for the price, "meh" VGA card and a terrible list of peripherals. Give me 5 min and I'll post back the better part list for you.

Better cooler for the lower price.
Better VGA card for the lower price. ( you can check the review on Techpowerup.com )
Same quality RAM kit for lower price.
Better wireless module with 2 antenna instead of 1.
Same quality PSU that's much cheaper due to being on discount ( PSU ranking list here : http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
Better IPS full HD monitor.
And a much better set of peripherals with top-notch quality.
It's a terrible idea to team up a 180$ sound card with 25$ speakers, so I downgraded it to a more sufficient ( yet still great ) sound card to sneak in a high quality 5.1 surround speaker that's good for both gaming, music and movies. Still left the Creative speakers there in case you need it.

Other parts are great, so I kept them your way :)

Awesome! Thank you so much for your build advice I did what you said with the parts except for the sound card (I'm gonna look for higher quality speakers so to match the quality of the sound card), but you didn't exactly answer the thread question that I asked. Based on my build, should I replace the fans with other better NZXT fans? If so, which fans should I get and where should I put these fans in the Phantom?
