I'm fitting my components into my new Fractal Design R4 case.
I've plugged my three case fans directly into the three wires coming from the fan controller. I've connected the 4 pin molex to a line from my PSU.
When I switch on, the case fans don't spin at all (doesn't matter what setting the fan controller is on).
If I plug the fans directly into the motherboard, they spin up as normal.
