7870 Gigabyte OC or Sapphire GHz

I have ordered the Gigabyte 7870 OC but the store contacted me that they are out of stock... So they decided to send me the Sapphire GHz edition without asking... Now I'm pretty pi**ed because they didn't ask. So should i take the Sapphire card with 2 years warranty or wait for the Gigabyte with 3y warranty and OCed 100MHz more than the Sapphire card. My main concern is which card will last longer and which do you guys prefer?

Well only problem is that there isn't a Sapphire 7870 GHz OC, only a GHz clocked at 1GHz obviously.

Yeah.... well about that.... I'm not such a PC pro so i don't know how to do it... That's why i like my stuff factory OCed.. Also I'm mostly interested in build quality and lifespan, also cooling..
