MSI Z77 MPower - Are these extra power plugs neccesary?

So I recently made a pretty big upgrade in terms of motherboard and CPU. I went from a P55 board and a Core i7 870 to a Z77 board with a 3570k.

On my P55 board, the only plug I had to worry about on the motherboard was the standard 24pin.

On my new board I've noticed there are much more plugs on the mobo that I don't recall seeing before. Assuming that I want to overclock my 3570k to 4.5ghz, which of these should I use? Is it even necessary to use the additional power spots? The JPWR2 is 8 pin, but the JPWR3 is 6 pin, is there a reason for that? I have a Corsair TX650W PSU. Would it increase my stability if I plugged all three in? Would I even have enough power to use all three?

Any info would be appreciated.

Solution
The 8 pin, similarly to the P55 boards, provides power to the CPU.
The system would not start without it.
The 6 pin provides stability when running multiple graphics cards or OC-ing. Not necessary if installing single graphics card or not OC-ing the GPU.
