Hello everyone. I'm wanting to build a new computer and could use some help. I'm wanting to get the most for my money and my budget max for everything is $2600.

Here are the 2 builds I'm thinking about so far:
Intel® Core™ i7-4770K Processor
ASRock Z87 OC Formula
SSD Cache - 64 GB ADATA SP900 SSD

or

Intel® Core™ i7 3820 Processor
ASUS Sabertooth X79

This is what both have in common:
NZXT Phantom Full Tower Gaming Case
8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 (either G.Skill Ripjaws X or Corsair Vengeance)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 - 2GB - EVGA Superclocked
750 Watt - Corsair CX750
Primary drive - 2 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200rpm, 6.0Gb/s
Secondary drive - 128 GB Corsair Force GS SSD
Microsoft Windows 7
Tt eSPORTS Level 10 M 7 Buttons Aluminum Based Laser 8200dpi Mouse
Alienware TactX keyboard
Skullcandy PLYR1 headphones
ASUS 24" LCD Monitor

Any input would help a lot. I will be using this computer mainly for WoW and I want to be able to run it on maxed settings (even though I will run it at about high to very-high settings). I also need advice on what kind of cooling system to get.

Thanks in advance.

MB - I would go with the Asus board. Skip the SSD cache drive...
CASE - Full tower?
MEM - Fine and all, but don't get the tall heat spreaders on the Corsair modules. They aren't needed and get in the way of some CPU coolers.
CPU COOLER - Don't forget one! Hyper 212 EVO is a good option at a good price point that will allow for an aggressive overclock. Plenty of other options out there...
SSD - You have a large budget so go with a 240 / 256 GB SSD now. You will thank yourself later. The Corsair GS is fine, but also consider the Samsung 840 Pro.

The reason I have a full tower is because I wanted to get the ASUS Rampage IV at first but dropping to the Sabertooth saved me some money and I became attached to it and I like how it looks but I could always get the NZXT Guardian 921 RB Gaming Case. I have the SSD as my secondary drive and a smaller one because only WoW is going to be on it, everything else will be on the main drive.

Also what sites have he cheapest prices, and I might need a little help putting it all together, I haven't done this since I was 16 or 17 and I'm 26...so its been around 10 years lol.

If you have a local micro center they do have lowest price on CPU and have instant rebates on CPU and mb combos. On a gaming pc make sure you buy a power suppy with more wattage then you need. Most power supply there sweep spot is 50-70 of there max load. In a gaming rig buy the fastest card you can afford.

How is "ASUS Xonar Essence STX Virtual 7.1 Channels 24-bit 192KHz PCI Express x1 Interface 124 dB SNR / Headphone AMP Card" for a sound card? or is there better? I want to have great sound with my Skullcandy PLYR1 headphones or speakers. BTW whats a good speaker system with great sound quality.
