Cooling configuration advice required

I have the Thermaltake urban s21 case, GTX 660 which has rear exhaust, and the stock cooler on my i5. The HDD fan in the front seems to suck (as in do poorly) and the rear fan is fine. Additionally I have 2x 120mm fans currently configured with the top fan blowing out and the side panel fan inward. PSU is bottom ducted and rear exhaust.

I'm not having imediate issues but I would like to optimize.

I plan to change the CPU cooler next week when I have the $'s, so reccomendations would be appreciated. But, would you guys recommend a different configuration of the existing case fans or trying to fit a bottom mounted smaller fan?

Hard drive cooling? Never heard of that.

A hard drive barely generates enough heat to require a fan for cooling. Most of the heat produced dissipates automatically by the vents and metal conduction.

And if there is not enough space then you have a spare fan.

How about drilling some holes on top for that? I have seen many people do that too since it dissipates heat faster that way (Hot air rises above) and system stays cooler.

The above mentioned method is just for computer junkies.
You can remove the front fan as it does no good.

Two 12mm fans on side and the bigger fan at the rear. That seems to be fine.

Get a good CPU cooler (Cooler Master HYPER 212 EVO) and you are good to go. Temperatures should go down significantly.

Well sir, there's not enough space on the side for 2 fans. Also the front fan is for cooling the hard-drive, so removing it sounds like an awful idea. I just meant it's not contributing to cooling the case.

Thnx for the cooler suggestion. That one was one of my top choices so far.

Hear of it my friend:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cooling-airflow-heatsink,3053-9.html

Not much explaination of why, but it exists. There are even dedicated parts just for this.

As I originally stated, one of my fans is currently blowing out the top of the case, which is already vented. I was looking for advice from someone familiar with the case on how to optimize the airflow inside
