Experiencing Bootup Problems!

I have had this problem for a whole year and it keeps getting worse every week, it's called IAstoricon and it was damaged by a trojan called ZeroAccess in May 2012. ZeroAccess installed a fake antivirus called "Security Shield" which bypassed Mcaffe security and forced me to install it in the core of my system. I removed security shield thanks to malwarebytes; however the ZeroAccess virus kept restoring itself every bootup after being removed. In the end I installed puppylinux and removed the invisible ZeroAccess files.

My computer is free of viruses but unfortunately its damaged my IAstoricon which has over time got worse and worse, my computer is now extremely slow at booting up and most of the time it successfully boots up but it takes 10 minutes for the programs to all display on the background and on the taskbar and in the process often programs won't respond properly during the boot up process and I'll have to wait 5 minutes for them to finish loading, some of these are dell add ons which can cause collision with other computer programs that are loading. Once the computer has loaded everything works completely normal and the computer is fast and everything loads completely free of lags.

It is booting up the computer that is the problem and nothing else. But sometimes I'll login into my computer and all i'll see is a black screen with only the mouse displaying and I've had to force turn off the computer when this happens because when I hit the power button the mouse disappears and the computer goes off in a sleep. It's really annoying me because I can't shut the lid of my laptop down until the computer loads into it's normal conditions, if I shut the lid down while it's loading the programs that launch on bootup such as Kaspersky and Adobe Flash it'll go on standby but when i lift the lid back up to log back in it won't take me to the the login screen but a black screen. If the computor loads into a black screen with only the mouse displaying after logging in, there's no escaping it and I have no choice other than to force turn it off.

It terrifies me having to force turn off my computer on unsuccessful bootups because I sometimes encounter the blue screen of death as a result of it. I've encountered the blue screen four times so far and the problem only really became bad four months ago and now I seem to be having as many unsuccessful bootups as successful ones.

Perhaps if I hibernated my computer instead of shutting it down I wouldn't have to go through the pressure of praying for the computer to load everything correctly. I think this is entirely to do with IAstoricon because it sometimes comes up with errors on bootups failing to load things correctly. I could take a picture of when a blue screen occurs but its completely unpredictable.

My hardware is a Dell Inspiron 15R with an intel i3 and runs windows 7 on it. I have many programs such as JAVA, Steam and Kaspersky installed which all pop up when booting up the system one at a time.

I hope you understand entirely that the computer works completely fine other than booting up. And I hope the solution isn't throat cutting, I'm not prepared to restore my hard drive and I am hoping your knowledge will help me put an end to this.

Thank you and i look forward to your answers
