Intel i7-3770k temp?

Hi i was wondering if my i7-3770k is too hot?
I have it overclocked at 4.2ghz and using a hydro h80 cooler and the temp is around 40 degrees, is that a good temp or do i need to do something else.

That is a very cool temperature for the any CPU. And just so you know, under full load, your CPU will reach an even higher temp. Still nothing to worry about.
