  1. I couldn't find any specific information on that PSU. The wattage is plenty, does it have the required connectors and do you know the amps it can delivery down those rails?
  2. Not sure but i wrote down everything that is written on the PSU.

    Model no. HP650D
    AC input: 100-240ac 50-60 Hz
    DC ouput: +3.3v, +5v, +12v1, +12v2, -12v, +5vsd
    Max.A: 24a, 24a, 19a, 0.8a, 3a
  3. Orion is an OEM often used by HEC. It's not the best PSU, but it should be adequate, as long as you don't try to heavily overclock.
  4. That doesn't necessarily tell me what kind of connectors you have though (at least, I don't know how to interpret them in that way!)

Anyway, usually video cards will come with adapters in case you lack a 6 pin or two, but bear this in mind. Visually inspect your PSU and look for the connectors that are 6 pins (2 rows of 3). If you only have 1, or 0, then you will need an adapter that connects to two molex for every 1 6 pin. So that means, if you have no 6 pins, you will need 4 spare molex connectors, or 2 if you have one 6 pin already.
  5. I would get a new PSU , don't risk your components with a low quality unit.

    Great PSU.
  7. I don't know anything at all about PSUs, isn't 550w a bit low?
  8. It will run your specs.
  9. Your PSU is probably really only a 500 watt unit, if not lower. The XFX is an excellent PSU; however this one will probably function for your needs, for a bit less money.
  10. Don't run a GTX 760 on a underpowered CX budget PSU.
  11. Should i get the 650w now if i decide to upgrade the rest of my pc in the future or it's not necessary?
