I've realy d**ked this one up. I recently retired my Acer 4820TG after two years of dutiful service in the new name of a glorified torrent box! after re-seating the heatsink to live with weeks of neglect I got excited by 15 degrees Off my GPU, Bee's Knee's to ANY Overclocker
i know what you're thinking.. laptop + OC = crazy right? I even had a getto desk fan all blowing air all over the thing!
Long story short i think the gpu in my laptop is dead. My laptop booted up with a BSOD about my sytem not being ACPI compliant so armcahir geinus me deduced the Discrete GPU had finally failed.. (I'd been OC'ing it to make current games playable). Anyway so i remembered there being an option to disable the GPU swapping (pre-cursor to enduro) but what i didn't decipher from DISCRETE ONLY in the BIOS was that it'd be running off the dead GPU...
[Insert Epic Fail Here... Nevermind just found one]
SO needless to say i switched it and my screen is blank. The Status indicator lights are blinking just like they normally do during boot up but the display is completely devoid of Life.. I tried taking out the CMOS battery but again... I accidentally ripped the whole socket out! 0.0 that wasn't the plan.. those buggers are held in tight!
So my attempt to restore the BIOS settings worked in its own way.. but the still wasn't working.. what to do but to turn to the Fine Sirs of Tom's Hardware!.. So i'm kinda stuck. Haaalp?

If you guys are willing to oblige, please could you post some shots of all the BIOS Screens from Information all the way to the farthest tab? IN addition to that, I could only [Reach My Bios through pressing Esc then selecting BIOS Setup AKA F2] and I can't remember the order of the other commands so if you could send me a screenshot of that as well I would follow you to the ends of th- actually I'd just be grateful..
This is my only hope of reviving this lappy as I'm Blind to the system at the moment

I realised my laptop had a VGA port after all these years! but no cigar.. it seems there isn't any Video output at all regardless of whatever mediums..!
Doing some digging I also noticed that the Windows sound hasn't come on.. this thing clearly isn't booting despite the status indicators flashing like a normal noot
To Summarise:
VGA Out - No Signal
Full Boot to Desktop - Improbable..
Resetting BIOS - Still no Signal..
CURRENT STATUS = Blind and Hoping..
