Hi,

Next week I'm going to begin to build a new PC, and I've just received my motherboard (Asus Z87-Plus) through the mail, and after a quick look at the connections, I saw that the power supply (EVGA Supernova Gold 750W) 'plug' to the CPU had slightly different layout to the socket on the motherboard itself. To describe what I mean I took some pictures. http://imgur.com/a/DXdl6

I'd be really appreciative if you could check the images and tell me if they are not compatible with each other, so I can return one asap.

there is a standard with those connections. They will work fine together. No need to worry.

Thanks a lot, just had to double check somewhere before I plugged it in and blew something up.

Build is done, works great! Just working on overclocking now, quite quiet, low temps, couldn't ask for more.

Now for my next gpu.
