Windows Experience Index - Not Using Dedicated Graphics Tags: Windows Windows 8 Graphics Cards Graphics Last response: July 10, 2013 1:20 PM in Windows 8 Share Anonymous July 10, 2013 12:52:47 PM Windows Experience Index isn't using the dedicated graphics card when testing my computers performance. It doesn't even appear in the graphics section... It's an Acer V3-571G. The graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce GT 640M (2GB VRAM) Any ideas as to why it's not coming up? Thanks.. The Experience Index really doesn't mean anything. It's just a way for Microsoft to make you feel insecure about the performance of the hardware you have. m 0 l Can't find your answer ? Ask !
