Is this a good gaming motherboard

ASRock Z77 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

here is my current build tell me what to change and what to keep mainly for gaming but will go online

You'll need an aftermarket CPU cooler if you want to overclock - go for the Hyper 212 Evo, which works well on Ivy Bridge. That motherboard is also a good choice, and you'll be able to overclock well with it. :)  As you will probably be getting a cooler, whether it be now or later, I suggest you get this ram instead, so it doesn't interfere with the aftermarket heatsink: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cml8gx3m2a1...

If you go with the EVO as your cooler, can't beat it, I've used over a hundred of them on builds, don't worry about the DRAM or size, the Fan height is adjustable (can also add a second fan to the back (it comes with a mounting bracket for a 120mm fan)), I'm running the tall GSkill Tridents (32GB 2400) under mine on my Z77 and a set of Ripjaws under it on my SB build
