This is the mini-itx system I am looking at building. Is there any problems here?

I am using an old hdd from my old computer until I get an external usb 3.0 drive. I will be using this for light gaming, editing, surfing the internet, exc. I will be changing the cpu/mobo and gpu in the future, adding more ram, ssd, and getting sleeved cables to match the prodigy. (Before anyone goes negative on the case, I am going for a green look here, plus I wanted it to be somewhat smaller than normal, and this was the perfect choice.

Well the OS sounds very risky, but even with the OS I only came in 60 over budget after rebates, that would drop to twenty with a black Prodigy case.

Where are you finding Windows 8 Pro for 69.99? Is it an upgrade disk? Usually closer to $200.

A few tweeks, get a 2x4GB memory kit instead of 1x8GB for dual channel memory.

Might consider the FX6300 or FX4300 for the chip. And grab the 2GB version of the 650Ti Boost, usually only 10 bucks more, and it won't hurt to have that extra memory.

Could possibly get an i3 build under budget, would allow for a smaller power supply at least.

The OS I found a copy for on ebay. Figured it was something to go with, if it is not avaliable I could just get the $89.99 one. The am3+ chips wont work with mini-itx, and I had troubles with an i3 in this budget. Any ideas on what to do? Also, I went with one stick of ram so when the time comes I could buy another stick so I would have 16gb.
