How to disable USB power after shutdown (Asrock 970 extreme 3)

Hello!
I have a problem with some LED lights staying on after my computer is shut down and I go to sleep.
I want to find a way to force the USB ports to stop powering the components after the shut down.

My motherboard is Asrock 970 extreme 3, if there is a way in the bios or anything, please let me know. I've already tried some things, but with no success.

i have the asrock 970 extreme 4 and had the same problem in bios i turned of on/off play settings then i found usb phy power down enabled it and it worked so hope that helps
