I think you can eliminate all three criteria:
1. The motherboard has three system fan headers. You can control the speeds with software. Speedfan might be one free app to do that.
2. The 3570K with a modest overclock in the 4.3-4.5 range is more than enough for any game, particularly with a modest card like the GTX760.
It makes no sense to me to spend $100 to geat an additional 0.2 overclock when most of that could go to a better graohics card.
A simple $30 cooler like the cm hyper212 will do the job just fine.
3. Your motherboard has usb3.0 ports on the rear panel. If your selected case does not have a usb3.0 front panel port, you can always buy a front bay controller.
That said, most cases have been updated to have front panel usb 3.0.

Buy a case you love, you will be looking at it for a long time.
