Hey can anyone help me choosing one laptop from these two laptops given below
1.Samsung NP550P5C-S05IN

It has a better Cpu but not good Gpu

But it has better Gpu as compared To GT 650m buy lower Cpu

So, Guys tell me which one is good and better In performance with combine Gpu and cpu

The gaming performance is also influenced by the difference in screen resolution. The GT 650m is a bit stronger at same resolution, but because they are different resolutions (GT 650m @1600x900 vs HD 8750m @1366x768) the HD 8750m may perform better. The 1600x900 will look nicer, while the 1366x768 will perform a bit better. You may also find that the i7 improves performance too.
What are the games you are playing and will you be doing anything else in the background like skype or recording?

^A10? What? This is a laptop, not a desktop.
The first option is better. The GT 650M is a strong laptop gpu already. In laptops, you definitely want an i7 for gaming. Mobile i5s are only duo cores, mobile i7s are the only quad core and games are favoring quad cores now so you'll get more performance from the i7.

You've just looked at 7850m vs 650m not 8750m. The AMD GPU in the laptop is an HD 8750m and the GT 650m is better than the HD 8750m. Go for the laptop with the GT 650m. Better CPU and GPU, for extra coin but a little less performance increase as this laptop runs a higher resolution. Still, the overall picture quality will be sharper and prettier.
