Need a amd based gaming system for 700

I need a gaming system based around a gaming amd CPU but there has to be a blue color Theme and I don't need the cd drive and I want to overclock it after I put my xspc raystorm 750 rx240 in. I want to be able to run most games without lagging. Skyrim battlefield ect.

Do you need an OS also? And what's your current screen resolution? Do you want to upgrade that monitor later on

You'd want to make a sidewindow for the case for the components inside to be shown and your XSPC will have to be secured above the top, but it should be just fine:

Thanks so much the only thing I would change was the os to win7 and I have a cd drive so I could get a case with a window.
