Clock and texture fill rate question

So I'm looking to buy a new video card and I've pretty much narrowed it down to the GTX 560 Ti. But I've noticed that there is a 448 cores limited edition for $45 more. So I'm looking at the specs of both of them and I noticed that the cheaper one has a faster graphics clock and processor clock and a higher texture fill rate. So could someone please tell me why they would price it higher if essentially the card runs at a slower speed? And is $45 extra worth the 64 extra cores I'm getting?

Sorry my knowledge about GPU's are limited.

Solution
See following review for benchmarks of the vanilla GTX 560 Ti and the GTX 560 Ti 448.

On average the "448" is 11% more powerful than "vanilla".
