first timing building a pc and i have a few questions.

I am building my first pc and have some trouble picking out my motherboard.I think I'll get a Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000.I don't know what motherboard to get though.I have around an $800 budget and plan on gaming.I want a video card, wifi, and a 3+ usb ports. Any thoughts on my processor or motherboard? Thanks!

Great CPU, would go w/ the ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 or 4, wireless there are numerous available in, preferably at least an 'N' model

No, sound is pretty good actually, I run Direct TV through my computers and have Logitech 5.1 speaker sets on them, sounds good
