Which motherboard would be better?

I am planning on overclocking my AMD FX-8320 3.5 GHz to around 4.5. I have a Corsair H60 water cooler. Which motherboard would be better for overclocking and gaming, and would it be able to mount my H60?

GIGABYTE GA 970A DS3

ASUS m5a97 LE R 2.0

Both of the boards above aren't sufficient for OC-ing even a quad-core FX. You'd want at least a Gigabyte 970A-UD3 ( with big VRM heatsink and advanced 8+2 phases power design ) to push a fx8320 to around 4.5ghz.
