I wonder why TSX, TXT, VT-d not available in unlocked Intel processor (in LGA 115x)

So I think it caused by this technology are clock sensitive so if they force OC with this technology turned on it will unstable due incapable architecture (SB-E unlocked CPU has this technology while SB/IB/HW not) CMIIW

In your opinion, what is cause of this technology not available on K series Intel CPUs?

It probably has to do with the fact that one typically will not overclock their system in a business environment. TSX, TXT, and VT-d are largely aimed at enterprise users, not consumers. Since enterprise environments value reliability, they don't go around overclocking their systems, so they don't need to have an unlocked multiplier, conversely, few consumers who are interested in overclocking would really benefit from TSX, TXT, and VT-d. As such, Intel has segmented the market, with the k series CPUs aimed more at consumers with a better IGP and an unlocked multiplier, while the non k version of the top i5 and i7 will have those extra features for enterprises, which generally won't benefit much from unlocked multipliers or better integrated graphics on a desktop.

Errr? Is TSX designed for enterprise?

VT-d are used for professional who using virtualization, but if Windows declined and Linux getting popular on gaming how gamer can playing Windows game when Wine was PITA for someone? And I think VT-d are more benefit for gaming on VM and CAD on VM, but only Parallels Workstation Extreme benefiting this which only designed for professional (not for gamer).
