Sup everybody.

So I use a 37in 1080p 120hz Vizio HD LED T.V. for my rig, and yesterday I was wiping it down with it on, and realized how- and this is in an up close perspective-
"meh" the quality was.

Now perhaps age factors into this, as it's 3+Years old, as well the fact that everything looks like turd up close- but keep in mind I'm somewhere inbetween 2ft away when gaming, so I can slightly realize it. However, TLDR- would a monitor [around 24 in or so] provide a slicker and more appealing resolution than a TV screen would?

That been said, does anyone carry any recommendations?

Thanks all.

Depends on what you used the monitor for. If it's mostly gaming, then I'd say buy a 23/24" Asus TN monitor. If you want all around great monitor and still decent at gaming, then a 5ms IPS panel.
