How to Reset back BIOS?

I just updated my bios to H.F0 and my pc started getting hot and loud .My Gpu which has never went past at presure 60c now is running at 75 all the time. Is there a way to fix it?

CMOS button.
You could also remove the battery on the MOBO for about a minute.
Make sure everything is OFF. No power to keep the data alive.

Well it fixed the loud noise but the gpu still is running hot and at 60% of power

Make sure you have all the appropriate settings in BIOS for your hardware. Update drivers. Shut Down. Boot up.
Did you update the BIOS again or just leave it defualt?
