Front fans on my corsair 400r aren't working.

I haven't touched them at all because I see there connect to the front panel.

make sure that the molex connection at the back side of the case is connected to your power supply

i have forgotten this numerous times.

excuse me.. the corsair carbide 400r case should have a 3 pin fan connector plug that will plug directly onto one of the case fan 3 pin slots on your motherboard. Here is what the plug will look like:

You will find that connection behind your motherboard where all the cables are kept.
just route this cord through one of the holes and plug it into your motherboard. if all of the motherboard fan slots are used you may want to use a 3 pin to molex adaptor. if you do this the molex adaptor will plug into the powersupply via a molex cord.
