Which MOBO is better??

Honestly I know nothing about motherboards and I have only 2 options..
1 - Asrock H61M VS R3.0 B3
2 - Gigabyte B75 - D3V

Which one is better and why?
By the way, the computer is going to be for new games

This is the hardware:
i5 3470
520w
500GB HDD
4GB 1600Mhz
HD 7850 2GB (Not sure yet..)

Gigabyte are a lot better for reliability and long lasting mobos. I would get the B75-D3V, it is an okay gaming card too (better than the Asrock anyway), because it can take (Really) hot temperatures too and it has the B75 chipset! xD
