As the title states I've been getting mouse jitter and frame lag under 100fps. Feels like something is holding the mouse back. Only happens in BF3.

My Setup:
i-5 3570k @stock
EVGA GTX 660 Ti reference
AsRock Z77 Extreme 4
8GB G-skill Ripjaw Ram @1600MHz
Corsair HX-750
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Logitech G500
Windows 7 64-bit

Things I have tried:

1. Enable Vsync/Adaptive Vsync in-game and/or in conntrol panel - fixes problem but causes horrible input lag
2. Cap FPS at 59,60,61 - fixes problem but causes the worst screen tearing I have ever seen
3. Cap FPS at 59, 59.95 and have vsync enabled - again with the vicious screen tearing
4. Set config file and/or entered into console commands RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 0 and 1, RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 0,1, 2, and 3
5. Set mouse scheme sensitivity to 0 in the three files under the PROF_SAVE_profile
6. Set Raw mouse Input On/Off
7. Different monitor
8. Different mouse
9. Tried a controller
10. Tried 3 different sets of GPU drivers
11. Set minimum processor state to 100% in windows
12. Re-seated GPU
13. Re-installed game
14. Vast array of Nvidia Control Panel settings
15. Disable mouse acceleration in windows
16. Tried different mouse dpi settings

I'm sure I'm forgetting some things but that's about all I can remember. Any help is much appreciated. I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Thanks, SevenSixTwo

Solution
do the 59fps frame cap with normal vsync and go into nvidia control panel into 3d settings, make a profile for bf3 and set frames to render ahead to 1.

disable any buffering, double or triple.
also always use raw mouse input.

i would also do a clean install of your display driver using driver fusion.
grab and install driver fusion and latest working drivers.

uninstall driver but do not restart when prompted.
run driver fusion and clean nvidia drivers and restart when prompted.
reinstall latest driver and then make the bf3 profile and tweaks in nvidia control panel.

see how it goes without a fresh driver reinstall first.

I did as you suggested and the jitter and screen tearing is gone but there is still some input lag. This is by far the best settings I have tried so I thank you for that at least.
