GTX 660 Ti vs Radeon 7870.

I am working on a new build and i was wondering if You guys could Give me the pros and cons About the two choices i have.

Zotac GTX 660 Ti

Sapphire HD 7870

I Know That is might Be the Umpteenth 660ti vs 7870 thread but get this.I am getting them at the same price (220$).I liked my 7850 that i got a while back But i am looking for something that is a bit beefier this time, something between A stock GTX 660 and a 7870xt in terms of performance.

BTW the 220$ is in store credit and The GTX 760 costs 280$ in this store.

Iam assuming you will be using them for video games, in that case the best way to deicde between 2 gpu's, is looking at gpu benchmarks for games, and see which one places higher.

iam pretty sure that the 660ti is stronger.

Believe me, i looked at many Benchmarks and reviews before posting this.I even googled "Is Zotac a good brand?".Apparently Sapphire and Zotac are owned by the same company.

The cards are neck to neck in most games.Then there are games Which favour One architecture over the other.Significant wins here are understandable.Long story short,it's a frigging see-saw.

Some threads on This very site Say buy the 660ti and some others say go for the 7870.

I know i won't go wrong by choosing either of them;I Just want to make an informed choice.

get the gtx 660ti, its 80% gtx 760 and gtx 760 is better than hd 7950.

gtx 760>hd7950>gtx 660ti>hd 7870>gtx 660>hd 7850> gtx 650ti boost

the 660ti is definitely faster overall.
it wins by quite alot in some games against the 7870.
