I have a CM Elite 430 and a Gigabyte GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3. I have already researched the case and it will fit with little headroom though. But the only thing I am worried about is that the RAM close to the RAM and I am worried if it will fit. My RAM is G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 1333 and apparently the Blue slots are dual channel.
So basically will the Hyper 212 Plus fit without bothering my RAM. If it does can I just put my RAM into those white slots instead of those blue slots?

The manual for your board shows that either both in BLUE or WHITE will be dual channel mode(they actually recommend the white slots be filled first).

Depending on how close the heatsink sits, you may be able to move the fan UP to clean memory as well.

I could post a pic if you want. But this is my first aftermarket cooler. The blue slot farthest to the left is pretty much right next to the AMD stock fan.

Yeah, I looked at the board. The manual actually lists the slots as.

CPU|4|2|3|1| and recommends starting with 1 and 2. so that will keep you a bit farther from the cpu.
