My system is rebooting spontaneously

System Specs:
3rd gen I7 Proc., 16Gb ram, 250Gb ssd, 2-2Tb 3.5 drives, 1 BD/DVDRW, GT 620 Video card, all powered by a 350w PSU.
My issue:
I changed out the GPU to Nvidia GTX660 2Gb Ti OC, and PSU to Logisys 550w GTX. Now my system is rebooting spontaneously. Why? Is it over heating? Under Powered? HELP!

Logisys PSUs are junk. It probably makes 300w total. Get a 500w unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

Yup for sure it is the power supply it cannot get enough power and the powersupply has protection circuitry that tells it to shut down when it overheats or over currents so you are most likely hitting one or both of these limits.

I have this one and have even had it running SLI so it can handlequite a bit.

Well, I bit the bullet last night and went to Frys Electronics - bought an Antec HGC 750 watt PSU. SLI ready. Already installed and no issues. I had the best gaming experience ever with my new video and power to spare.
