Solution
From the Thermaltake site:
- CPU cooler height limitation: 155mm

from CoolerMaster:
Dimension 120 x 80 x 159 mm

It would appear, no.

I bought it before i saw this coments since store will give me refund or let me chose another one within 7days.
And it fits xD

When placed vertically, on upper side copper ending touches side panel, but it can be closed (cant use 2 top exhaust and top side intake fans tho :(

When placed horizontally there is like 5mm between copper ending and grid on side panel, but cannot use 1st DIMM slot (unless its low profile ram) and top side intake.

Maybe not the perfect setup, but 4Ghz overclocked FX6300 in 2h prime95 dropped from 62-63c to 39-40c (36-37c if i put fan manually on 100%)

tnx for the answers guys

You bumped 3 year old thread just for that ? I already posted that it fits barely.

Anyway, i have replaced that case with Define R4 almost 3 years ago
