your pc will restart in 2days....help me out please.

today when I went to restart my computer instead of saying restart in the power stings it said your pc will restart and update in 2 days. is there any way to stop this from happening?

Just as in previous versions, you can turn it off completely, download and install later, tell me when there are new things, or do it automatically.
Choose which option you want.

I would think these machines typically have auto-update features always turned off and rarely have WAN access during rendering.

i was curious because the tone of the article implied this was something you couldn't stop, that it would force on you. Though i'm familiar with win8, and comfortable with it, it's not on my home pc, so i was curious if this was something forced on you or a setting you could adjust.

I am pretty sure you can adjust it, I adjusted now in one of the configuration setting but I don't know if that will have any effect since I already received this message.
