is it okay to keep power saving features on my fx 6300 4.5ghz?

i have cool n quiet, c6, c1e, but turbo is disabled. is it okay to keep these on? it lowers my voltage to 1.392v on idle and non gaming, and then adjusts it to a max of 1.43 at 4.5ghz which i set. i havent had any problems thus far
