Hey there, today I finally received my last needed components and with the help of my brothers built a DESKTOP.
My problem now is, it booted up and I started the setup, so I needed to rebbot the system so I turned it off and then on, but the screen was just black and Whenever I turned my computer the fans would spin and make sound but after 1 second they just stopped and the computer vibrated weakly.
There were some problems before i booted up, they were with my LED Pins for the front case and with the power button pin. My motherboard is the Asrock b75m-dgs and the system panel header is really confusing, my power LED pin has 3 entries 2 are "filled" and one is just empty, and in the motherboard manual it says PLED+ And PLED- redirected to the pins, I think the information is getting kinda confusing at this point so I will stop i you need any more info I am glad to say it.
Please, help me.

This matter is pretty urgent to me, I absolutely needed this PC to boot before sunday comes. as I said please help me.
