What are the PSU requirements for 32 GB of RAM?

I'm looking to upgrade a Dell Optiplex 390 from 4 GB of RAM to 32 GB of RAM. This is not a gaming rig, it's a compiling machine. Currently it has a 250 watt power supply and an i5 processor.

I was going to swap in this motherboard:

Supports LGA 1155 which is i5/i7

and this RAM:

But I seem to be stuck on what the power requirements might be.

Yes, I do agree!! They use the same power regardless of the size of the memory sticks. At max they may use 1.80v per sticks (when overclocked) else 1.65v. You would be fine with any PSU with 300W -...
