Better Graphics card, worst fps?

Hello. Recently I bought a HD 7750 but decided it was too slow. Then I went out and bought a Antec 500W psu and an HD 7770.

After installing the 7770, the fan speed idles around 74C and the load of the GPU is about 99 idle. Trying to play games, I get significantly less fps than the 7750. Anyone know why?

my apu is A8 3850

Well when I used amd auto detect they said it was already up to date

EDIT: I FIXED THE PROBLEM. I uninstalled all my drivers and put in the CD and WHUA LA.

35C idle temp and 0% load
