I want to buy a bundle consisting of the AMD Phenom II x4 965. I am not sure what motherboard to buy with it and graphics card. My price range is to about £150-MAX. My PC will be used for good gaming and school work. I'm only 14, so please bear that in mind.

Solution
Well you arent going to be able to do much for that price. My whole build which was a budget one, came out to 600-700 pounds with monitors and peripherals.

I have a new ATX Case, Old Power Supply, 2GB RAM, A Moderate Fan. I just need a CPU, GPU, MOBO. Or I'm thinking i should buy a Dell Optiplex 750, and then save up some more and just buy a new CPU, GPU And MOBO later.

Do not buy old Optiplex models, they are made to BTX standard, very difficult to deal with.
Choose Inspiron instead. If you can find Inspiron 570 for really cheap, you can upgrade it to Phenom II x4 965 BE!

How cheap?

I couldn't find one. What does "BTX STANDARD" mean?

Per Toms rules I can not link eBay here, so go to ebay UK (am I correct) and search for Inspiron 570, I just did, first came out for bidding starting at £99.99, if you can get it for up to below £200 you will be fine.

BTX means that everything is Dell proprietary, you have very limited options on video cards, cooling is a headache and more.
BTX is old motherboard standard, ATX is new. You can install many CPU coolers into Inspiron, but for Optiplex you have to use only Dell parts!
