Rotating Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2?

Hi guys,

I've just found out that my current HSF cooler isn't rotated the best way for cooling.

The way it's pointing at the moment is from the bottom of the case to the top, where the bottom part has the fan blowing air to the top.

Ideally I need to try and rotate it 90° clockwise so that it's blowing towards my RAM and HDDs.

Are there any mounting type brackets on the market ( preferably the UK ) to allow me to rotate the cooler and get it pointing from the back of the case to the front?

Thanks. ( The reason I'd like to have this happen is because I want to try and fit a new nVidia 550ti into it and the current rotation is hindering me from doing that. Also, my temps on an AMD Athlon II X2 @ 3.5Ghz is at 39°c at idle, having the cooler the other way might cool it down a little more? )

Here are some specs if needed:

Mobo: Asus M4A78LT-M LE with the AM3+ socket,
Cooler: Arctic Freezer Pro 7 Rev.2.

Thanks.

The air over your memory should ideally be drawn through the CPU cooler and then be taken out of the case by the rear case fan. Most motherboards have the memory in front of the CPU with case sockets usb/video etc being the rear of the motherboard. So modern cases have a fan or provision for mounting one in the front and a rear exhaust fan behind the cpu together with power supply fan which draws from inside the case and exhausts to the rear. I think the arctic cooler does not mount correctly on a AMD processor socket. On a Intel chip it would take the air from memory through the heat sink and have the case fan take it out of your case.
