Which one of these is the better 7770 cards?

Someone is selling me his XFX 7770 ( http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-fx777aznbr ) for $100 and he is telling me it is a better version of the regular Ghz version from XFX ( http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-fx777aznj4 ) but I can't seem to find any info on his card because only Best Buy seems to be selling it and there aren't many reviews on it. Can someone with better experience tell me there is a big performance boost if I get his card rather than a normal 7770 Ghz edition card or is this card defective or discontinued?

Powercooler cooling is kind of meh, but they usually have a fair bit lower cost compared to other vendors. Idk about xfx, but I've heard a lot of 7xxx cards by them are kinda iffy.

I only found the powercolor one but its $110 and it ends up at 79.99 after a $30 rebate, should I go for it? because rebates take long and by the time I receive it I will forget about it.

how long do you usually wait for the rebates to get back to you and from which brands have you done rebates?

Nothing bad to say about my powercolor Myst 7870 LE yet, except for maybe the slight PCB sag but it is an 11" card lol. Build quality actually seems pretty legit.
