-Cheaper RAM, low profile.
-Better gpu. A 7950 out-performs the 760.
-Cheaper, bigger, and semi-modular psu. Same brand.

Also, if you don't have a spare HDD and plan to only use the SSD in your system, I would actually ditch the SSD for a 1tb HDD.
