SSD space troubles.

Hello, I just purchased a 64 GB SSD and before I even installed a OS on it, I was only given 29.8 GB of space to use? Any way I could use all 64 GB?

If the drIve was uSed try downloading the Ssd software and do a secure erase and then a firmware update. Depending on the Ssd and it wear leveling and garbage set up your going to lose some of that 64g drive size. Losing half sounds like bad formatted Ssd or one with a defect.

I had bought it from Newegg refurbished, and I've tried to reformat it, but it stays the same. Do you know of any specific programs for OCZ?
