2 sli EVGA gtx 650ti boost sc
Samsung 128 GB ssd
Seagate baracuda 1tb drive
Corsair vengeance 16gb ram
Cooler master hyper 212plus
Asus p8z77-v motherboard
Nzxt phantom case
Corsair 750w psu

Yes you will be able to max it out in a 1080p monitor but don't expect 60fps. You will probably be around 30-50fps. Remember, that game is so demanding.

What is your budget? Your name suggests that you are from India. then what is your budget in Indian Rupees? I might be able to put a better build for the same price. I am pretty good at that stuff.

Yes you will be able to run it on ultra settings with full AA, 40-60 fps.
