case: I have a new sas tape drive IBM LTO Ultrium, problem is there's no power.. no light indication and i cannot insert my tape. it is connected to the sas card thru a sata to sas connector (blue color cable). I have checked the sata cable from the motherboard and there is power from the sata cable. How can i check the sata to SAS connector if it is defective or not.
