New tow atercooling looking for a suggested setup

hey guys over the next few motnhs i will be assembling this rig i would like to go with as clsoe to full liquid cooling as possible ive read up on it and watched many tutorials on the assembly but ims tuck on choosing parts haha so i thought id come to you for suggestions anyway heres the rig(open to suggestions on this as well got a 5 k budget though not including the liquid cooling that is)

processor : Intel Core i7-3970X Extreme Edition Sandy Bridge-E 3.5GHz (4.0GHz Turbo) LGA 2011 (naturally)
