I would like to know if it is possible to run more memory that the spec's call for on a 64bit system? It is my understanding that there is no real limit on how much ram you can have on 64bit system. The specs for this board says 8gigs is the max.
I was wondering if it would either ignore the additional ram or if there would be some adverse action, i.e. overheating if more ram were placed on the board.
